“Just got back today, went to Las Vegas after Florida. Just want to thank you for allowing us to rent the villa, it was superb. We cannot think of any improvements for you, as everything was wonderful. We were blown away with the standard of the property. Also can you thank your MC, they rang us once we settled in to check that all was ok, which it was. Your tips on eating places was spot on especially Houlihanns and the red lobster. This was in part due to the lovely villa that we had at our disposal, thankyou. We found it spacious and ideal for our circumstances we made use of the games in the garage and your TV and DVD. The pool was used regularly and was great to cool down or relax our muscles having walked around the parks for 10+hrs a day. We found its location was ideal for travelling to and from the parks as it was not too far and easy to get to. We have recommended your villa already to friends. It was a real great pleasure to enjoy all the benefits off a fully equipped villa I think we've used it all ! The kitchen, TV, computer ( my kids where able to contact their friends ) And also the barbecue we've used several times. The swimming pool was the place where we've staid the most, it's really perfect !! We took your advice not to plan too much, so after a day on the move we took a day off to enjoy the villa! The kids didn't even want to go out for dinner, they preferred staying at the pool and have a delicious steak, chicken, burgers, fish, sweet corn and everything else you can imagine! We did all of our shopping at walmart, what an incredible store! We've seen nothing like this before. We went to both universal parks in a total of three days ( 7 days ticket ) We've never had such FUN in years !! We also visit the everglades and took a dive in the Atlantic Ocean at Daytona Beach. The premium outlet stores where also very interesting , we've bought a lot of clothes and shoes !! We had a great flght on both trips , thank you for asking. We did it like this: Amsterdam>Heathrow( BMI )>Washington( United airlines )>Orlando( TED ) Orlando( TED )>Chicago( United airlines )>Amsterdam. The interior of your home is well furnished and the entertainment system superb. I also found the computer with high speed internet access very useful. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. It was also nice for the children to have the use of the games room with the fan to keep them cool. We have stayed in many villas in Florida and can say that your home is definitely top of the list! We've thought long and hard but really can't think how you can improve upon the villa. Having been to Orlando several times before and stayed in various locations we found yours to be the most accessible for every thing. The development is nice and quiet and well laid out. The weather was generally good, but was always better than the weather back in Kansas at the same time. As you know this is the second time staying in one of your villas for Joni, Vicki & I and I must say that this was the most relaxing time that I have ever spent in Florida. First we got a non-stop flight from Kansas City to Orlando so there was no layover. Second we had pre-paid for our rental vehicle so after grabbing our luggage we by-passed the long lines at the rental car counters and went straight to the garage where we picked out the van of our choice. The keys were in the van so we loaded our luggage then drove it to the check-out point where after a quick check of my drivers license and credit card we were on our way. We went to International Drive where we had lunch and did some shopping (Judy, my mother-in-laws favorite thing to do). Finally, since we already knew where the Citrus Ridge villa was located, we had a leisurely drive over to the house and let ourselves in with the security codes that you provided. WHOA, THIS IS GETTING WAY TOO EASY!!! Your villa is really beginning to feel like a second home to us. I hope you are in the business of leasing villas for many years to come. We did get your message and I'm sorry we didn't get to talk on the phone but we just didn't sit still for one minute. We went to the parks, old town in Kissimmee, downtown Disney, downtown Orlando and over to the east coast to Cocoa Beach. We also rented little motor boats on the seven seas lagoon at Disney's contemporary resort. We did get to use the pool and the games room at the villa more this year and we really had a lot of fun. As far as any suggestions about ways in which you could further improve your home, your home is so close to every thing we need and appreciate that even if I was nit-picky I can't think of any improvements!!"
