“Good afternoon Stuart and Lesley, Thank you for your email below, apologies its taken until now for me to reply. I have yet to adjust fully to UK time, unlike Aimee who had 12-14 hours sleep Friday evening after we landed is back to her old routine. We would all like to personally thank you for a wonderful stay at your Citrus Ridge villa, as with the Serengeti villa it was equally as welcoming and homely. My thanks also go out to Kevin at Florida Property Services for all their help, first with setting the Alarm off and helping us out with the Local Police not appearing on the door step, then with all the help of our  "nature Visits" we had over the stay.The bedroom was jaw dropping nice comfortable, spacious 4 poster bed slept the 3 of us when Aimee woke early. As before the whole house was perfect, entertainment, pool, kitchen, locality, all perfect. Aimee enjoyed the space running around in her nappy playing hide and seek with us both and the large Shamu she made friends with. Thank you once again for a memorable holiday from Michelle, Aimee-Leigh and myself, Aimees first proper holiday will be forever remembered and when she is old enough to ride the grown up rides with Daddy we will be in contact. (other than a few squished gecko's under the outdoor chair cushions LOL)….we didn't need anything that you hadn't provided already. We did call the superintendent once as a man came to the door and wanted to come into the house to spray…we weren't expecting him so I was not comfortable letting him in but he did have ID and the super said he was expected so all was good! “Hiya, Thanks for the email. The first couple of days were a bit on the chilly side and we actually needed to use the heating! But it soon got back to normal and the last few days were great. We loved the view from Citrus ridge but I think Serengeti benefits from the fence acting as a wind break, not sure which one we prefer as they are both great! We had a quick go on the Wii and had a laugh, we don't have one ourselves so it was funny. The pool was a lot warmer than I remember Serengeti but that's probably just due to the weather being better this time. The management guy - Kevin was a really nice chap, spoke to him a couple of times, was surprised to hear an English voice, we seem to be taking over Orlando! “Hi Lesley & Stuart, Thanks for your e-mail, sorry we weren't around when you rang - too busy out at the parks!!! The holiday was fabulous, the weather was good for us - just one day out of 13 when we had to wear jeans, otherwise it was shorts all the way! The villa was wonderful, we really felt like guests in someone's house with all the conveniences, the pool table and air hockey machine, computer, PS2 - it makes you wonder how we found time to go out at all sometimes! Kevin was extremely helpful and easy to get on with (we had a couple of guys coming round asking questions regarding the sprinkler system which he dealt with immediately) and it was good to have someone reliable available for us.  We feel a bit miserable at the thought of school and work tomorrow, but all good things have to come to an end. We would not hesitate to recommend Citrus Ridge to anyone, it was really lovely. Thanks again for your help - directions from the airport were especially good. “Dear Stuart and Lesley.  We had a great time in Florida. And your house was perfect. Everything was better than we expected.  The boys (20 29 59) loved the game room and the Wii computer especially. We used the hot pool nightly, after shopping and park days. We were 3 couple and one child but Citrus Ridge is very spacious .Thank you very much for renting us your house. I hope we can be there very soon. Our holiday was absolutely brilliant, we loved everything about the villa, it was beautiful and exactly as you had described. We especially liked the Nintendo Wii, which we had many nights playing until the early hours of the morning! The pool was also really lovely, we were unfortunate to experience the 'lovebugs' for about a week of the holiday but we did have someone come to clean the pool area which made a big difference. We did have a problem with the washing machine early on in the holiday but when we reported the problem the management company responded immediately and it was fixed the same day. We honestly cannot think of any improvements to the villa or our stay. We felt very welcome in your villa and the information pack that you provided us with was also very helpful. "Dear Stuart and Lesley, Now that we have returned from Florida and recovered from our jet lag (or is that we are just getting old!!) we would like to let you know that we had a fantastic time during the two weeks we stayed in Orlando(16th May - 31st May). This was in part due to the lovely villa that we had at our disposal, thankyou. We found it spacious and ideal for our circumstances we made use of the games in the garage and your TV and DVD. The pool was used regularly and was great to cool down or relax our muscles having walked around the parks for 10+hrs a day. We found its location was ideal for travelling to and from the parks as it was not too far and easy to get to. We have recommended your villa already to friends. "Hello there Stuart & Lesley, We want to thank you for letting us rent your villa "Citrus Ridge " at Four Corners Davenport! It was a real great pleasure to enjoy all the benefits off a fully equipped villa I think we've used it all ! The kitchen, TV, computer ( my kids where able to contact their friends ) And also the barbecue we've used several times. The swimming pool was the place where we've staid the most, it's really perfect !! We took your advice not to plan too much, so after a day on the move we took a day off to enjoy the villa! The kids didn't even want to go out for dinner, they preferred staying at the pool and have a delicious steak, chicken, burgers, fish, sweet corn and everything else you can imagine! We did all of our shopping at walmart, what an incredible store! We've seen nothing like this before. We went to both universal parks in a total of three days ( 7 days ticket ) We've never had such FUN in years !! We also visit the everglades and took a dive in the Atlantic Ocean at Daytona Beach. The premium outlet stores where also very interesting , we've bought a lot of clothes and shoes !! We had a great flght on both trips , thank you for asking. We did it like this: Amsterdam>Heathrow( BMI )>Washington( United airlines )>Orlando( TED ) Orlando( TED )>Chicago( United airlines )>Amsterdam. "HI!!!!! We had a fantastic time. Sorry I didn't get back with you sooner....... Anyway, we had a great time while we were down there and the house was great. We only cooked breakfast items (cause we were gone for so long every day), but we enjoyed having the full kitchen, washer/dryer, pool and everyone having their own rooms with tv's. We came home completely exhausted - we like making the Disney trip but it's one of those tiring trips. The kids had a blast and keep talking about it. "Hi There! We made it, thanks for the email. It was a challenging day at the airport- Saturday, Noon, in Orlando? What was I thinking?!?!?!!? Now with the heightened security, they had to do a search on my 3 yr old! Crazy. Anyway, thanks for your help with everything, and your MCs are really great...patient, too. We had, yet again, a terrific time. I am so glad we stayed there as opposed to the chaos that goes along with hotel stays. It was so nice to come home and de-Disney each day. "Hi Stuart & Lesley, We arrived back in Minnesota yesterday to be greeted with a huge snowfall, I think near 8 or 10 inches! It was quite the change. We had our fill of Disney but not the weather or the house, it was a great time. The Citrus Ridge home was incredible! The private pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and the house was perfect. We really appreciate you adding air hockey to the game room, it was my kids favorite. "Thanks, the journey was good, only took 7 hours 15 mins, shame we had a 4 hour train ride afterwards! We loved our vacation in Citrus Ridge, clean, spacious, nice quiet location, awesome TV(!), free internet and a great pool too (shame the pool floor was a little sharp if you knocked into it but I suppose that's the downfall of having 3 6-footers in there :P). "Hi Stuart & Lesley, We would like to thank you for the use of what we can only describe as an amazing villa. The pool was fantastic! We had hours of fun and enjoyed lazing by the pool soaking up all that sunshine. It was particularly nice to have such a beautiful outlook to the rear of the property, and the Florida glass afforded complete privacy when splashing around in the pool. The interior of your home is well furnished and the entertainment system superb. I also found the computer with high speed internet access very useful. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. It was also nice for the children to have the use of the games room with the fan to keep them cool. We have stayed in many villas in Florida and can say that your home is definitely top of the list! We've thought long and hard but really can't think how you can improve upon the villa. The addition of a teapot would be useful!!! Seriously, everything was excellent. We will definitely recommend to friends and family. Many thanks for what was our best holiday in Florida so far. "Once again your villas were the highlight of our trip. After staying in both of them, we found both of them equally comfortable and luxurious. We can't say enough how much we enjoy them and feel at home from the minute we arrive. Packing up to leave is probably the hardest thing to do. We immediately began saving for our next trip, hoping that there will be space for us when we return. The kids have even decided that they prefered staying in the villa to touring the theme parks.
