RATES

The rates given below are fully inclusive of all State and County Taxes

All the above rates are inclusive of all state and county taxes

Bookings of less than 7 nights would incur a cleaning fee of £50/$85

All linens and towels (including pool towels) are included

For daily rate divide weekly rate by 7

A  deposit of £100/$160 per week is required, plus a completed booking form to secure a booking.  The balance is payable 10 weeks before departure, plus a returnable security deposit of £150/$240.  If the booking is made within 10 weeks of departure the full amount is payable immediately.
