THE FAMILY ROOM
Why
not sink down into the comfy sofa or loveseat and enjoy a movie from our DVD
collection or find your favourite TV program to watch on our 52" Digital
Cable TV, switch on the surround sound cinema system, and relax after a
hectic day. For the younger ones, a selection of lego, games and cards can
be found in the TV cabinet |

THE LIVING ROOM
You
can curl up with a good book (a selection of these are supplied) in the
living room, or play chess, checkers or backgammon on the game table.
Alternatively, you will find the PC with high speed
internet access in this area where you can surf the net and retrieve your
e-mails at your leisure or play a game on the newly installed Wii Console |

THE DINING AREA AND KITCHEN
The large dining table in the dining area easily seats
six people and is located by the patio doors which open onto the pool area,
and offer fantastic views
If you prefer, hop on a bar stool and have a snack
sitting at the kitchen island.
The kitchen area is large and fully equipped to
cater for any meal from a take-away to a Sunday Roast - and unbreakable pots
are also supplied if you decide to dine on the pool deck |

THE MASTER BEDROOM
The luxurious bedding on the King Size Bed in the Master Suite, together
with the pillow-topped mattress, ensures comfortable nights and sweet dreams
(plus 24" TV, DVD and relaxation area) Radio alarms are on hand
in each bedroom so that you can be up nice and early for those theme parks!
A cordless phone by the bed is also handy.
Not forgetting the large, walk-in closet (and
digital safe)

POOL, SPA AND DECK
Catch the sun's rays from this pool deck, or sit back and admire the view -
take a plunge in the heatable pool to cool off, or have a bubbly time in the spa.
At night switch on the multi coloured pool lighting and relax with the sound
of crickets in the background.
There is a (removable) safety pool fence to keep the
young ones safe and citrus trees have been planted just outside the pool
screen, so in season you can pick
your own lemons, oranges, tangerines or pink grapefruit.
If you keep a lookout, you may catch a glimpse of
the giant tortoise who sunbathes on the dry retention area behind our home or just
watch the large multi-coloured butterflies and other wildlife (like the
local family of deer and armadillo) that visit

The screening around the pool deck lets in the
sunshine .... and keeps out the bugs. We
have added 'Florida Glass' - which is opaque screening - to the
bottom panels at the sides to give some extra privacy whilst sunbathing or
sitting on the pool deck
A pool cover is also supplied (on a roller, to make
things easier for our guests) to be used of an evening to help retain the
pool heat that would be lost when temperatures dip overnight, ensuring an
enjoyable early morning swim! |

March 2008 - Had new LED in-pool and spa lighting fitted (replacing the
fibre optic lighting) - system has a number of settings, including 'disco'
which can be operated by the flick of a switch |

As well as the above facilities, Citrus Ridge has a
utility room with a full size washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board,
and bagless vacuum cleaner. Also available for the little ones in the
family, are a stroller, portable crib and highchair. All linens and
towels are supplied, including large colourful pool towels. You will
also find two full-size hairdryers, one in each bathroom. Two
rechargeable walkie-talkies can also be found in the kitchen area, for
guests' use. |
